The chart below lists the suggested contribution levels based on total compensation. Please know that contributions are strictly voluntary, and that any amount – either more or less – is truly appreciated.
Contributions to the TPAC of at least $10 per payday are eligible for the Charitable Match Program.
| Total Compensation | Per Payday TPAC Contribution | Per Payday Thrivent Wisconsin PAC Contribution* |
|---|---|---|
| Up to $70,000 | $10 | $5 |
| $70,000-100,000 | $25 | $5 |
| $100,000-150,000 | $50 | $10 |
| $150,000-200,000 | $75 | $15 |
| $200,000-300,000 | $100 | $25 |
| $300,000 and above | $100 – 192** | $50 |
*Note: SEC regulations can restrict the ability of some senior leadership level employees to contribute to the Thrivent Wisconsin PAC. Please contact Magan DeValk in Government Affairs for further information.
**$192 per biweekly payday deduction, annually, would allow you to contribute the closest amount to the maximum contribution allowed by law ($5,000 annually).
TPAC Charitable Match
Support the TPAC and your favorite charity at the same time! Thrivent will match an employee’s TPAC contribution of at least $10 per payday with an equal contribution to that employee’s favorite charity. Learn about the Charitable Match Program.
